  • Access to a 24 Hour Advice Line for any employment query;
  • Continuous research on all relevant legislative changes and updating of your System, as necessary;
  • An Indemnity Scheme covering representation costs as well as basic and compensatory awards, settlements and appeals incurred in Employment Tribunal applications

The Health and Safety Service includes:

  • Installation of the Health and Safety System;
  • A Health and Safety Inspection carried out on your premises;
  • Preparation of a Health and Safety policy;
  • Access to a 24 Hour Advice Line for any health and safety query;
  • Continuous research on all relevant legislative changes and updating of your System, as necessary;
  • Liaising with Enforcing Authorities and Local Authorities on your behalf, should it be necessary;
  • Emergency and accident investigation is required;
  • An Indemnity Scheme covering the cost of defending any Safety Prosecutions and Enforcement Action
